Terms & Conditions
Riddell Productions is in the business of content creation, so it is in our best interests to ensure that our content is delivered quickly and accurately. To this end, all of the files for sale on our website are DRM-free to make it as easy as possible to watch or listen to our work wherever you are.
While our aim is to make our content as easy to use as possible, we do have a no returns policy. The main reason for this is that our content is DRM-free, which means it would be too easy for someone to copy it and then ask for their money back.
Privacy & Safety
We take privacy very seriously at Riddell Productions, and will only collect the data that you want to give us.
We will never collect credit card details or other kinds of financial information from people directly, as we do not currently have the means to ensure that this data would be protected.
Instead, we use trusted third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe to process your payments.
In addition to this, we will only collect your email address for content delivery, and will only send you promotional emails about our content if you opt in for these during purchase.

The Public Domain
Our Board of Directors feels very strongly that most restrictions on intellectual property are damaging to the ability to create fresh and interesting content.
As this is the main purpose of our organisation, we have set the following guidelines for all content that is distributed by Riddell Productions.
1. All content which we sell must be able to show a valid chain of title for every piece of intellectual property contained within it. This is because selling products directly to the public requires us to comply with current regulations around intellectual property.
2. All content distributed by Riddell Productions and not listed as for sale on our website will be released immediately and permanently into the public domain under a Creative Commons (Attribution) license. This means that it can be used by anyone for any purpose, including as part of their own content. All we ask is that you credit us and our collaborators if you use it.
